Refund and Return

Veera Jewels offers returns and refunds within 7 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the customer’s account. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it once for an item of equal or higher value. Please reach out to us via email or phone for detailed exchange instructions. Veera Jewels is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. The return package should be mailed to the address specified in the instructions provided by Veera Jewels.

Please note:

1. All returns must be securely packaged in the same manner as received. The contents should be properly wrapped and sealed. Packages that are not adequately packed and sealed will not qualify for a return or refund.

2. A clear and proper unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery is mandatory for any return or exchange.
